Six different versions of the 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe are available, most with a unique look that sets them apart from their siblings:

  • Base Tahoe LS and popular Tahoe LT have different grill models Tahoe RST sports car features split grille, dark look, and 22-inch wheels.
  • The rugged Tahoe Z71 uses the LS finish grille in combination with a dark look, redesigned front for improved off-road quality of life, red tow hooks, an underrun protection plate and exclusive 20-inch wheels with off-road tires.
  • Exclusive Tahoe Premier features a slotted RST grille with chrome accents, numerous glossy exterior panels, and polished wheels.
  • Luxurious Tahoe High Country features a chrome grille, large shiny 22-inch wheels, and body-colored mirror caps.

Are 2022 Tahoes available?

In every setting, the grille is the dominant design feature. Standard LED headlights are hidden in the top corners and are highlighted by LED position lights similar to those on the Silverado truck.

At the rear, the clear appearance of the previous Tahoe gives way to more expressive taillights, dual exhaust systems with four tailpipes, and a free trim on the tailgate.

Does 2022 Tahoe have heads up?

The rest of the Tahoe styling retains familiar design themes, though the wrinkled and crumpled details from the previous SUV give way to more subtle and frankly simpler shapes that make the new Tahoe a bit stylish. The bigger the wheels, the better the appearance of this new SUV. And Chevy offers many wheel models in sizes up to 22 inches in diameter.

Prices start at $49,000 for the rear-wheel-drive Tahoe LS and go up to $72,600 for the all-wheel-drive Tahoe High Country. We tested a Tahoe Z71 ($59,200) with five option packages, including the Deluxe Package, Rear Multimedia and Navigation Package, Z71 Off-Road Package, Off-Road Capability Package, and Maximum Towing.

What are the changes for the 2022 Tahoe?

In addition to these enhancements, the test vehicle included sensors to monitor tire pressure in trailers, second-row bucket seats, a panoramic power moon roof, and an innovative power sliding floor console. The total price was $76,225, including a target charge of $1,295 for shipping from the Arlington, TX plant to your local distributor.

The Tahoe LS contains cloth seats. Leather is standard, starting with Tahoe LT trim in Jet Black or Gideon (see attached photos). The Premier finish adds perforated leather in Jet Black or Maple Sugar, while High Country offers perforated and textured leather in Jet Black or Mocha.

Do Chevy Tahoe have a lot of problems?

Chevy's interior features a larger 10.2-inch infotainment screen and new electronic transmission control in the dash. As a result, memory capacity improves, but the layout of controls is compromised as physical controls for the infotainment, stereo, and air conditioning systems are moved to the central control panel, where they are more difficult to see.

And use. Chevy no longer offers a front bench seat for the Tahoe, limiting the maximum seating capacity to eight.

Based on the Z71 model we tested, the quality is in line with Tahoe and segment expectations. The upper half of the cabin is made with exposed seams and soft-touch surfaces, while the lower half is covered in hard plastic.
