  • There are a few different ways to manage fix rust issues in your vehicle, but first, you should find them.

How do you treat car body rust?



The best way to do this is to take that 5" processor that you have with the 40 coarseness plate on it, and tenderly run it over the back of the metal until all the thorns are gone. Simply take that 5" processor with the 40 coarseness drift on it, and clean the area on your vehicle where you cranked it up until


Take that fantastic piece of metal that you cut from your sheet of repair metal, and fit it into the gap that you cut out of your vehicle, I normally use vise grips to hold the new metal set up, eventually, this is the spot where things can get a little sketchy, so pay close attention to this area, ensure that you have a not all that bad spot to put the structure up help for your welder if you don't see a spot for it legitimately near your work local.


Connect your welder and ensure that the gas is turned on; I generally run the wire feed and current set at around 3 or 4 on my MIG, but this may differ depending on your machine; so go ahead and test it before putting it on your vehicle. 


Now that we're prepared, you have the vise grips holding the metal set up and your welder approach is correct, you'll need to go around a 1" spot on the top, base, and various sides, and a b".
